ECYHT provides young people (16-25) who are in housing need with the opportunity to rent a quality but affordable home in their local area. The Trust aims to re-generate derelict properties in the area not only to make the area more attractive and appealing; but to actively help house local young people who want to stay in their area.

The Trust provides housing ranging from two bed-roomed houses to studio flats.
